SPA LEAD

Victory Ranch is seeking a part time professional and proactive Spa Lead to coordinate daily operations for our therapist and front-desk teams. This role is essential in maintaining our "spa ambiance" while supporting staff performance, optimizing bookings, and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Monitor daily operations for therapists and front desk attendants. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to ensure peak performance.
- Operations & Revenue: Oversee the booking system to optimize guest flow and maximize revenue. Assist management with daily shift reports and inventory counts.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and urgency. Provide detailed knowledge of spa services and retail products to both guests and staff.
- Facility Excellence: Maintain the high standards of our "spa ambiance" by ensuring locker areas, lounges, and treatment rooms are orderly and well-stocked.
- Sales & Safety: Promote retail sales to meet monthly targets and ensure the facility strictly adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous background in hospitality, customer service, or the spa industry is preferred. Prior supervisory or lead experience is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., Booker, CE) and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution, the ability to mentor a diverse team, and a calm approach to solving scheduling or equipment issues.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
